Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made with Ozempie are final.

Ozempie does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This applies to:

  • 1-on-1 coaching programs
  • Subscription or time-bound plans
  • Digital products (PDFs, guides, meal plans, workout plans)
  • Any promotional or discounted offers

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Non-usage of services
  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Early discontinuation
  • Scheduling issues or personal reasons

Once payment is completed, the amount is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

Programs and subscriptions cannot be cancelled once started.

Ozempie does not allow:

  • Program cancellations
  • Subscription pauses
  • Early termination with refund

Access to services remains valid only for the duration of the purchased program (typically 3 months).

3. Re-Application After Program Completion

Ozempie programs are usually offered for a fixed 3-month duration.

After completion, clients may choose to re-apply if they wish to continue.

Re-application is optional and subject to availability.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid reason is a violation of this policy.

Ozempie reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services
  • Restrict future access
  • Provide evidence of policy acceptance to payment processors

By making a payment on Ozempie, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • You agree to the no refund, no cancellation terms
